FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: gradientometer of magnetic field strength contains two transducers excited by this field, located at a based distance between them and along the magnetic field, whose output circuits are connected to the signal processing unit. The mentioned transducers are made in the form of parallel oriented semiconductor core elements with two end current contacts each, attached to a DC voltage source, and with potential electrodes located on their side surfaces and connected to the signal processing unit in the form of serially connected units of frequency subtraction and recording.

EFFECT: increased sensitivity of the device, improved manufacturability.
