FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: tool comprises a frame (1), loosening working bodies (2) mounted on the frame (1), and a roller (5) adjustably mounted behind them. The roller (5) is made in the form of a cylindrical element, along the generating surface of which teeth are fixed in annular groups. The teeth of the roller (5) are made of round-section rolled stock. Each tooth comprises two logarithmically designed working parts with sharpened edges and a rod connected to the working parts by necks of different curvature radii. The distance between the sharpened edges of the working parts of the tooth is equal to 0.93D, where D is the outer roller diameter, m. The distances from these edges to the central tooth rod axis are 0.15D and 0.22D. The teeth are placed in the grooves of the cylindrical roller element in such a way that the symmetry plane of each tooth forms an angle with the roller rotation axis, where N is the number of teeth in the annular group, N = 10 pcs. The sharpened edges of the teeth are located on two circles concentric to the roller (5) axis, with a diameter D. The distance from the tooth rod to the roller axis is 0.157D. In each annular group, the teeth are uniformly distributed in the tangential direction. The outer diameter of the cylindrical element is equal to 0.45-0.55D. The arrangement pitch of needles on the cylindrical element in the axial direction is equal to the double axial distance between the annular rows of the sharpened edges of one annular group of the teeth.

EFFECT: simplifying the roller design, improving the quality of the field surface levelling and the upper loose soil layer formation.
