FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: piling box, which has a parallelepiped shape, contains a bottom and four side walls. The side walls and the bottom are provided with elements for interacting with each other to form a rigid structure. Along the perimeter the bottom is provided with load-bearing and supporting tongues, which are integral with the bottom. The supporting protrusions of the bottom are made with slit-like fastening grooves and are located between the load-bearing tongues of the bottom. The extreme love-bearing projections of each side of the bottom are located at a distance from the nearby bottom corner. Along the bottom edge of the side walls, at least three slit-like grooves are provided for accommodating the load-bearing tongues of the bottom and at least two recesses for accommodating the supporting tongues of the bottom. Parts of the side walls below the slit-like grooves are the lower support parts of the side walls. The lower support part of each side wall is formed of at least three lower supporting tongues. The extreme lower supporting tongues are located at a distance from the closest corner of the box to enable the thrust to the upper ends of the corners formed by two adjacent sides of the other box. The recesses in each side wall, located between two adjacent slit-like grooves, are ventilatory and located above the corresponding supporting tongues of the bottom. At the top of each side wall the upper supporting tongues and recesses are formed. They are located respectively above the recesses and supporting tongues of the supporting part of the side walls. The upper supporting tongues of the side walls, located above the recesses, are stepped and fasten the supporting tongue of the bottom of the other box in the slit-like fastening groove. Some lateral ends of the side walls of the box are provided with connecting tongues. Along the side ends of the second opposing side walls, slit-like grooves are provided for accommodating the connecting tongues. All slit-like grooves have geometric dimensions, ensuring the placement of the connecting tongues in them forming a rigid connection.
EFFECT: reliable piling and stability of the box.
