SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft and vehicles on a dynamic air cushion and is intended for the creation of seaplanes and ekranoplanes with the possibility of amphibious operation. Takeoff and landing complex of the ground-effect vehicle contains a body-catamaran, composed of a central part or a wing of small elongation and docked to it on the sides of consoles with two mirror-mirrored floats and skis placed at the edges from below. Complex is also equipped with taxi shields or ducts in the front of the consoles, elastic flap from below at the end of the central part of the body and an elastic flap or flap of the cantilevers of the hull, reverse channel and skis with shock-resistant rigid links of the sole with the brake sector on the link behind the center of gravity of the ground-effect vehicle.

EFFECT: improvement in the aero-hydrodynamic quality is achieved at the take-off run of the ground-effect vehicle.
