SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of protecting objects with a large population of people from emergencies. Method of fighting fires on the upper floors of high-rise buildings and structures, which consists in the fact that an armored vehicle equipped with a programmable "emergency fire fighting" system is being delivered to the object covered by fire. Specialized complex is developed for fighting fire, on which the returned vehicle is based, on which are placed flying robots equipped with remotely controlled fire extinguishing means for high-rise buildings and structures. Then the flying robots are programmed to penetrate into the fire-deposited building and extinguish the fire. Vehicle is equipped with a block with a pull conveyor belt to advance to the fire-engulfed robot object, which has the task of opening the window openings in a building besieged by fire programmed. Operations of robots and flight of devices are controlled from the panel of the system "emergency fire extinguishing". After performing the operation to open the window openings, a task is programmed to penetrate the building of flying robots equipped with remotely controlled fire extinguishing means for high-rise buildings and structures.
EFFECT: high efficiency of fighting terrorism in civilian facilities.
