SUBSTANCE: method includes planting plants, installing a support, pruning, forming vines and a fruiting zone and attaching the vines to the support. Wherein a shortened shoulder directed along the row axis with two groups of shortened and differently directed sleeves is formed on the vines. The first group of the sleeves is given an arched shape with vines directed with their ends downward towards the vineyard row spacing (across the row). The second group of the sleeves is arranged on the upper side with vines facing upward, in the row axis direction.

EFFECT: resistance of plants to stress factors of the growing environment, the yield and quality of grapes, while universalizing the maintenance system.
