FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and radiolocation and can be used for middle frequency operational control by the criterion of the center of gravity of the energy spectrum of broadband Doppler radio signals in the time domain without spectral processing. Invention presents a fractional-differentiated electric filter of 1/2 order by the Prony method, consisting of M integrating circuits, repeaters, inverting amplifier, and inverting amplifier-adder. Moreover, the inputs of the integrating circuits with the corresponding time constants and the inverting amplifier with a given gain are combined and connected to the input of the fractional-differentiating filter, the outputs of the integrating circuits are connected to the inputs of the repeaters, and the outputs of the repeaters and the inverting amplifier with a predetermined gain are connected to the inputs of the inverting amplifier-adder, output of which is connected to the output of a fractional-differentiating filter.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the accuracy and speed of measuring the average frequency.
