FIELD: optics.

SUBSTANCE: camera lens can be used in thermal cameras with photo-integrated devices in the form of a microbolometric matrix that does not require cooling to cryogenic temperatures operating in the spectral range of 8-12 mkm. Camera lens contains three meniscus fixed in a stainless steel case. First meniscus is positive, with a concave surface facing the image plane and is made of an oxygen-less glass IKS-25 or chalcogenide glass IRG-26. Second meniscus is negative, facing concave to the image plane and is made of selenide zinc. Third meniscus is positive, facing concave to the image plane and is made of germanium. Optical power values of the menisci satisfy relationships: ϕ1=(1.1÷1.3)ϕ; ϕ2=-(0.46÷0.84)ϕ; ϕ3=(0.93÷1.27)ϕ; where: ϕ1, ϕ2, ϕ3 - optical power of the first, second and third meniscuses; ϕ - optical power of camera lens.

EFFECT: technical result is a simplification of the optical scheme of the camera lens and an increase in the transmittance.
