SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to a device and method for treating mastitis and stimulating cow lactation. Device comprises a casing with massage plates, a removable platform with holes, which is provided with an elastic element arranged to interact with massage plates hinged on said platform, a vacuum line and a pulsator. Massage plates are made in the form of a trough to accommodate a replaceable gasket with therapeutic liniment. Device is additionally provided with a vacuum suction cup with a replaceable gasket with therapeutic liniment. Casing and suction cup are connected to the vacuum line through the pulsator by means of a tee with separate vacuum hoses. Method is characterized in that the above-described device is used, the vacuum suction cup is placed directly on the dairy vein of the quartered udder affected by the mastitis, a variable vacuum is used, and the pneumomassage is combined with mechanical grinding the therapeutic agent.

EFFECT: use of a group of inventions will allow to treat mastitis and stimulate lactation in cows.
