FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: unscrewing tool set to unscrew the coupling nut of the turbojet engine module rotor contains a front unscrewing tool and a rotation-preventing tool designed to block any rotational movement of the rotor around its axis. Unscrewing tool includes a support for a tubular spanner comprising a cylindrical barrel and four branches protruding star-shapely from the barrel, and a tubular spanner provided with teeth, which is removably mounted in the barrel of the support. Tubular spanner is axially locked against the support. When unscrewing the coupling nut of the high-pressure rotor of the two-shaft turbojet engine, the front unscrewing tool of the unscrewing tool set is positioned before the coupling nut after removing the fan and providing the access to the nut from the front side. Fixed is the support for the tubular spanner on the intermediate housing. In the process of preventing rotation of the high-pressure rotor, an unscrewing torque is applied to the tubular spanner, which teeth shape complements the shape of the teeth of the coupling nut.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to simplify disassembling of the rotor of a turbojet engine by increasing the probability of weakening the coupling nut of the rotor, which is prone to sticking with prolonged engine operation.
