SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used in cogeneration plants. In a cogeneration plant containing a low-pressure cylinder with a low-pressure regulating diaphragm made with a minimum, technologically feasible gap excluding the ventilation vapors of the steam, low pressure part, outlet connection junction connecting a low pressure part to a condenser equipped with tube bundles, cooling device for turbine outlet, which is arranged concentrically with respect to the impeller in the form of an annular collector with nozzles arranged to interact with the sprayed cooling medium with the hottest part of the vapor stream emerging from the last stage, devices for inputting steam-water and steam-air streams into the condenser installed in the zone of regenerative heating under its tube bundle and provided with guarding elements preventing the drip moisture from escaping into the vapor space of the condenser, circular distributor ring with injectors is made of two separate semi-ring parts installed respectively in the upper and lower halves of the outlet connection junction having inputs and outputs of the cooling water outside the outlet connection junction, exit from one half-ring part is connected to the inlet to the other half-ring part by a pipe with detachable connections.
EFFECT: invention solves the problem of reducing heat losses in the cycle of the steam turbine plant, maintaining the permissible temperature regime of the low-pressure part and the outlet connection junction by means allowing to improve the processability and reliability of the turbine installation as a whole.
