FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building. Wide-reach unit “Catamaran” contains a boat, a conveyor, a dryer and solar panels. Between the boats of the catamaran is installed a sampling device, made in the form of a channel of paired cone-shaped funnels. At the bottom of the bed there is a bucket elevator with a cellular surface for dropping algae onto the conveyor, which feeds the algae to the dryer. Drive units and mechanisms are provided from energy of solar cells. Heat from solar panels is used to dry algae.
EFFECT: unit provides autonomous and reliable performance of the technological process of cleaning reservoirs from algae.
