FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: turbomachine assembly comprises a low-pressure compressor, a high-pressure compressor, an intermediate housing disposed between them, an air bypass valve and a power actuated hydraulic cylinder of the air bypass valve. Air bypass valve is located between the low pressure compressor and the high pressure compressor and is installed inside the inner casing of the intermediate housing. Power actuated hydraulic cylinder of the air bypass valve contains a cylinder extended by a divider used to secure the power actuated hydraulic cylinder to the wall of the turbomachine housing, and a piston rod surrounded by the divider and intended to be connected to the end of the transmission mechanism. Divider does not contain side openings, and the downstream flange of the intermediate housing is attached to the side of the divider. When assembling the power actuated hydraulic cylinder, the piston rod is positioned so that it protrudes from the divider, then the protruding piston rod is connected to the end of the transmission mechanism protruding from the wall of the housing on the side of the power actuated hydraulic cylinder. Piston rod is retracted so, to bring the cylinder closer to the said wall of the housing, and the divider is attached to the wall of the housing.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to provide fire protection of the power actuated hydraulic cylinder of the air bypass valve without significant complicating the process of its assembling.
