FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of armament, namely to the axial fans. Axial cooling fan of the barrel contains the gas turbine with the fan and the shield around the channel with the gaps for air bleeding. At the end of the channel along its circumference the channels are placed for the release of powder gases to the blades of the gas turbine. Turbine is made conjointly with the impeller of the axial fan, which is located in the inner cage of the bearing, which is fixed in the channel screen.
EFFECT: simplified design of the axial fan is achieved while maintaining the cooling intensity.
