SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a deep-water drive drill for rotary drilling. Stator and rotor assembly of the turbine contains coaxially stator (1) and rotor (2). Stator (1) comprises a housing, a shovel and a rim. Rotor (2) comprises a housing, a shovel and a rim. Inner wall of the stator rim is coaxially located with the outer wall of the rotor housing. Line of intersection of each point on the outer contour of the stator vane with the meridian plane corresponding to it is the first intersection line that intersects perpendicularly with the first straight line of projection continuing through the stator rim. Line of intersection of each point on the outer contour of the rotor blade with the meridian plane corresponding to it is the second intersection line that perpendicularly intersects with the second straight line of projection continuing through the rotor housing.

EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at providing high hydraulic efficiency, simple design, high torque and the ability to drill a borehole of various sizes.
