SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the life-saving equipment for emergency response, in particular to the rescue of shipbuilding facilities, and concerns superstructure constructions hovercraft. Rescue hovercraft is a structure mounted on the superstructure platform. Hovercraft comprises a low-noise cabin with a suspended acoustical ceiling for passengers and maintenance personnel. Low-noise cabin comprises a metal built-up carcass consisting of bearing section structures accommodating sound-and-vibration insulating elements. Each of the sound-and-vibration insulating elements comprises layers of the bituminous-based vibration damping material and a layer of the sound-absorbing element. Cabin carcass is connected to load-bearing structures of ship by means of vibration isolation system.

EFFECT: noise absorbing efficiency is increased.
