FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of geophysical measurements and can be used for vertical electrical sounding of the soil-permafrost complex, soils, soils and other mineral formations. Essence of the claimed device is, that the device for geoelectric profiling of the soil-permafrost complex allows to determine the value of electrical resistance at small intervals of depths of soil and soil layers. Claimed invention provides monitoring of the power dynamics of a layer of the soil-permafrost complex suitable for engineering and construction works at a high speed and without penetration into the soil-ground mass with high speed and increased accuracy at shallow depths (10–50 cm), which is important for engineering surveys of the soil-permafrost complex.
EFFECT: technical result of the new device is to ensure the completeness of studies in the area survey of the soil-permafrost thickness due to increasing both of the resolution power and the rate of measurement of electrical resistance at low values of spacing of the supply electrodes.
