SUBSTANCE: method of launching a hypersonic aircraft includes dispersal by a starting propulsion system, separation and launch of a ramjet engine integrated with the lower part of the fuselage. In a ramjet engine, the lower part of the socket of the jet nozzle behind the critical section is configured rotatable to an angle of 5–30° with respect to the horizontal axis, with the possibility of fixing in the retracted, extreme upper position in the acceleration and release section after the separation of the starting propulsion system. Fixation of the lower part of the socket of the jet nozzle is provided by the element of the construction of the starting propulsion system at its docking to the fuselage.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing the mass of the starting propulsion system and increasing the aerodynamic quality in an autonomous flight.
