SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the feed mill industry, in particular to the equipment for producing sea kale flour for use in mixed feeds. Sea kale flour producing unit includes a loading conveyor, a beater, a combustion chamber, a dryer drum and a grinding and unloading unit. Grinding and unloading unit is equipped with a vertical crusher, in the conical tray of which there is a truncated cone with an angle of inclination to the horizontal equal to 60° and with a lateral surface parallel to the inner surface of the conical tray to form a finished product discharge channel. Distance δ1 between the inner cylindrical surface of the crusher shell and the outer surface of the cylindrical screen is equal to the distance δ2 of the finished product discharge channel width.

EFFECT: application of sea kale flour producing unit makes it possible to avoid overgrinding the dry product by using the structural features of the grinding and unloading unit, to reduce the specific energy consumption and to reduce the metal consumption.
