SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vascular surgery, hematology and angiology, and can be used to treat ischemic angiopathy of the lower extremity vessels. To do this, mesenchymal cells are injected into the affected lower extremities. For this purpose, funicular and placental cells received after easy delivery are used as mesenchymal cells. Cells are injected by administration of 1 ml of saline containing 5–10⋅10⁶ cells to each acupuncture point. In doing so, prescription 1 and prescription 2 are used, alternating the use of prescriptions every other procedure. Prescription 1 includes E36, RP6, E41, VB41, F8, V56, V63 points. Prescription 2 includes E40, F5, R8, F4, E43, R10, V57, V65 points. Course of treatment comprises 10 sessions conducted every other day.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the effectiveness of treatment due to correction of hemodynamic disorders in the ischemic focus and improvement of the rheological properties of the blood.
