FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to aircraft engine building, specifically to the jet flat nozzles of gas turbine engines of the maneuverable aircraft planes. Device for rotating the flat nozzle of the turbojet engine comprises the stationary body, the flat nozzle, which is mounted on the bearing with the possibility to rotate in the transverse plane in opposite directions from the neutral position by the angle of up to 90°, the electric actuator and drive. Device is further provided with two contact seals and collar steps, two flanges, the annular gear housing, the outer shell body with the annular pad and the ring lock. Drive is made in the shape of the shaft with the pinion, and the flanges are made with the scalloped end contact surfaces and on their opposite ends with annular grooves for the collar steps. One of the flanges is rigidly fastened to the fixed body, and the other one – to the nozzle. Flanges are directed by the scalloped end contact surfaces facing each other and engage with the drive gear. Annular gear body is mounted between the flanges and has the recess on the side surface for the drive shaft. Collar steps with the composite inserts are mounted into the annular grooves, the outer shell body with the annular pad and the ring lock are rested onto the inserts and flanges, which are fixed to the body and to the nozzle while forming the double row thrust sliding bearing. Contact seals are located on the flanges in front of the bearing in order to prevent air leakage through it.
EFFECT: invention allows to ensure the all-aspect of the deviation of the thrust vector on the flat nozzle, reduces the dimensions of the turning system in comparison with the known devices, allows to implement the nozzle rotation mechanism in the "electric" drive concept.
