FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aviation technology, in particular to designs of combined helicopters. Multiple purpose twin-bodied helicopter-airplane has twin-screw coaxial scheme, power-plant unit with engines transmitting torque effect through the main gear case andtorque tubes to lifting propellers and propulsion wind-sticks in annular channels. Multiple purpose twin-bodied helicopter-airplane is designed with three tandem-wings, each of which is moderate aspect ratio: front low and back mid-wings, and between them – among fuselage mid-wing. Twin-screw co-axial-symmetric carrying system and propulsive-carrying system are located respectively along the axis of symmetry and on both sides of it in the central and stern parts of the pylon in break of the transverse V high-mounted front low and back mid-wings. Propulsive-carrying system includes, in front of the center of mass, two with opposite rotation of single-blade rotors providing VTOL and STOL, and behind the center of mass two after screws in the oval annular channel are located between the thin spaced tailbooms.
EFFECT: reduction of thrust penalty of lifting propellers, increase in speed and flying range, simplification of transverse-handling in pitch under modes of VTOL are provided.
