SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a high-efficiency plate-type heat exchanger, which is configured to increase the heat exchange efficiency by means of the exhaust gas, by connection of the unit fluidized beds, with formation by means of heat exchange plates, with connection to each other in the up and down directions and with an extension of the return water flow path to equal to the two passes or exceeding the two passes (2-pass). In addition, the present invention relates to a highly efficient plate-type heat exchanger, which is capable of efficient heat recovering from the exhaust gas by increasing the circulating water flow rate in the vicinity of the burner, while the water circulation path is elongated as described above. In addition, the highly efficient plate-type heat exchanger according to the present invention is configured to increase its efficiency by inserting of a reflective plate with the distribution openings between the unit fluidized beds, with the control of the exhaust gas flow, while reducing the exhaust gas output rate using the heat exchange fins of the reflective plate, with the heat adsorption from the exhaust gas to efficiently use the heat transfer region.
