FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to a punch for bending sheet material. Punch is movable for successively pressing a sheet material across its width. Punch comprises a head with a working surface directly in contact with the sheet material to give it a concave shape and a support connected to the head. In this case, the working surface of the head is formed by a non-uniform arc of a circle and the maximum radius in the central region in the width direction.
EFFECT: increased delicacy of large diameter pipes.
