SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical measuring equipment, in particular to devices for measuring brush strokes on a collector directly on an electrical machine in an operating mode. Device for measuring the brush pressing on the collector of electrical machines comprises a brush holder with a pressure finger, a brush, two annular magnetic circuits with excitation windings and measuring, located in the body of the force sensor, rigidly connected with a brush and installed in the brush holder of the machine against the stop with the collector, one annular magnetic circuit through the metal ball and the protective spring is connected to the movable part of the device cooperating with the pressure finger, a four-link joint with balls in the nodes, one annular magnetic circuit is located together with the hinged connection inside the other annular magnetic circuit in mutually perpendicular planes, two metal balls are connected to the outer surface of one annular magnetic core along the action line of the pressure finger, and the other two metal balls of swing coupling of the perpendicular plane are connected to the inner surface of the other annular magnetic core, the field windings and the measuring wires on the magnetic cores are connected according to the adjacent shoulders of the bridge measuring circuit, and the protective spring is made flat.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the sensitivity and accuracy of the measurement not less than two times, as well as the reduction of its dimensions.
