FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for testing instruments for vibration and impact effects. Essence: on the base through the vibration damping gasket fixed a rigid bulkhead on which two identical objects are installed, while one object is installed on standard vibration isolators, and the other – on the multimass system of vibration isolation, including vibration isolators and an elastic-damping intermediate plate. On a rigid bulkhead, a vibration level sensor is attached, which is connected to an amplifier and a spectrometer to record the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the vibration isolation system being investigated, and to simulate the eigenfrequencies of each of the investigated vibration isolation systems, an imitation of shock impulse loads is produced. Record oscillograms of free oscillations and determine the logarithmic damping coefficient δ1 oscillatory system according to the following relationship: where c1 and m1 – respectively, the rigidity of the elastic elements of the plate and its mass; h1 is the absolute value of viscous damping in the vibration isolation system. To study the damping ability of multi-mass vibration isolation systems, the base of the stand is placed on the vibration damping platform by means of at least three damping elements.
EFFECT: expanded process functionality of testing objects having several flexible links with aircraft structural parts.
