FIELD: engines.
SUBSTANCE: thrust reverser device for a turbo jet engine nacelle comprises a fixed thrust reverser support structure, a thrust reverser half-cowl and a streamlined panel. Fixed support structure comprising a longitudinal support beam able to support a half-cowl. Half-cowl is mounted such that it can slide on the fixed structure via a guidance assembly, parallel to a longitudinal axis of the device, between a direct-jet position and a reverse-thrust position. Streamlined panel is mounted on one side of the fixed structure and is raised at its upper part above the half-cowl. Fixed structure further comprises means for offsetting, circumferentially in a plane radial to the longitudinal axis, the guidance assembly of the half-cowl with respect to the half on which the half-cowl is mounted, in order to avoid undesirable interaction between the streamlined panel and the guidance assembly of the half-cowl. Another invention of the group relates to a turbojet engine nacelle equipped with the said thrust reverser device.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to improve the reliability of the thrust reverser of a turbojet engine nacelle.
