FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for producing films for medicine, in particular for dentistry. Method for producing a bioactive dental therapeutic and preventive film is proposed. To carry out the process, polyvinyl alcohol and magnesium chloride are dissolved in water with continuous stirring and heating in a water bath until a viscous transparent liquid forms, add zinc hydroxyapatite of calcium and mix for 1-2 minutes to homogenize the mixture, cool to room temperature. Then, shape is formed by pouring at a flow rate of 79.5-80.5 g/m2 on a non-woven reinforcing material based on polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) with a ratio of PAN: PVDF 1:3, with a thickness of 0.02-0.04 mm and a surface density of 20-25 g/m2. Mixture is left to stand for 20-24 hours at room temperature prior to polymerization of the composition to form an elastic polymer film. In this case polyvinyl alcohol, magnesium chloride, zinc-substituted hydroxyapatite of calcium, water with the following ratio of components, mass%: polyvinyl alcohol 11.0-12.5; magnesium chloride 23.2-24.0; zinc-substituted hydroxyapatite of calcium 2.6-2.9; water - the rest. Technical result of the invention is production of bioactive dental therapeutic and prophylactic film for the treatment of inflammatory periodontal diseases (IPD), which has increased strength characteristics in comparison with known analogues.
EFFECT: use of the film obtained by the above method in the complex treatment of patients with IPD allows to increase the effectiveness of local treatment.
