SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rock anchoring. In a rock anchor bolt a centering member includes an outlet hole. It is designed for removing any leakage water flowing into a borehole. Anchor bolt includes a sealing device provided around the outer end of the tube to seal the borehole watertight as a tightening nut is being tightened, and an outlet tube. Outlet tube is located in a casting space between the other tube and the rod. It serves to carry out the leakage water as grouting paste is being injected. Inner end of the outlet tube extends to the vicinity of an expansion member. Outer end of the outlet tube extends out from the outlet of the centering member. Another tube has one or more first casting holes. These holes are formed at its outer end near the sealing assembly. There are one or more second casting holes formed at the inner end of the other tube near the divergent member. Grouting paste fills the space between the tube and the drawbar, and also the space between the wellbore and the tube from the outer end towards the inner end, so that any flowing water in front of said solution is displaced to the inner end of the discharge tube.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the reliability of fastening the watered rock.
