SUBSTANCE: invention relates to psychology, in particular to social psychology. Threshold of thermal sensitivity is determined among respondents of male and female sex of 20–30 years, representatives of the indigenous population of the area under study, frustration, irritability, resentment degree is tested by using the questionnaire. Depending on the combination of the obtained research results, a moderately expressed risk of developing social tension, expressed risk of developing social tension or absence of risk of developing social tension are determined.

EFFECT: due to estimation of set of levels of general nonspecific reactivity of an organism, as well as overall frustration, irritability and resentment among the indigenous population of the region under study, the method allows to determine the degree of risk of developing social tension.
