SUBSTANCE: invention relates to armored medical transporters intended for sanitary evacuation operations in combat operations. Transporter comprises chassis with track propulsion, suspension and shock absorbers and has a control compartment, a motor-transmission and a medical compartment. Medical department has two tiers of placing the wounded on stretchers or on folding seats. System of mechanical “loading-unloading” of the wounded is provided. Medical compartment is additionally equipped with a third tier of placement of the wounded on stretchers, and lifting and moving to this level, both on the first and second tiers, is carried out using a folding ladder. Third tier of the wounded is located on the roof of the medical compartment and is protected from bullets and debris by raised hatches and armored rear and side shields, concealing fuel tanks in the usual position.

EFFECT: increase in the number of transported wounded is achieved.
