FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions belongs to the field of automotive machine building. Disc brake adjustment device includes a free wheel mechanism. Free wheel mechanism includes an inner ring and an outer ring. Together with several roller bearings balls, the inner and outer rings form a thrust ball bearing on which the inner ring is mounted with possibility of rotation relative to the outer ring. Free wheel mechanism is made with a through hole passing through the inner and outer rings, respectively. Free-wheeling mechanism also includes a cage, in which several clamping rollers with pressure springs and stops are secured. Cage is located between the inner and outer rings in the radial direction to the through hole and is completely enclosed by the inner and outer rings. Pressure springs are pre-tensioned by the cage rotation relative to the inner ring and the following cage closing on the inner ring by the appropriate means.
EFFECT: enabling the disc brake weight reduction and easier servicing.
