FIELD: construction; mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of oil, gas and water wells, namely to preparation of grouting mortars, designed for fastening sidetracks of wells in conditions of increased risks of absorption of oil wells. Low density grouting mortar contains two types of astringents, a lightweight filler, penetrating additive, CR-221 retarder, water loss reducer CFL-160, defoamer D-air 5000 and water. As astringent components, the composition contains portland cement PCT IG and fine mineral binder “MIKRODUR R-U” as a light filler – 3M™ glass hollow microspheres HGS4000 from chemically resistant sodium borosilicate glass, and as a penetrating additive – Penetron Admix additive with the following component ratio, mass%: Portland cement PCT I-G – 56.0, MIKRODUR R-U – 30.0, HGS4000 – 14.0, Penetron Admix – 2.0 in excess of 100 %, CR-221 – 0.3 in excess of 100 %, CFL-160 – 0.2 in excess of 100 %, D-air 5000 – 0.05 in excess of 100 %, water – 70.0 in excess 100 %.
EFFECT: improving quality of insulation of the annular space of the liners, lateral wellbores in conditions of increased risks of absorption of oil wells, increasing the adhesion and strength properties of the cement stone.
