SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology. In the stand for vibroacoustic tests, which contains a base on which, by means of at least three vibration isolators bulkhead is secured, which is a single-mass oscillatory system of mass and rigidity, respectively, m2 and c2, and as the generator of harmonic oscillations an eccentric vibrator is used, located on the bulkhead, and on the bulkhead the rack for testing the natural frequencies of elastic elements of spring and disk vibration isolators of different lengths, of geometric parameters, as well as different weights value, fixed at the ends of those tested elements, while the mass oscillations, fixed on each resilient element is fixed by displacements indicator, according to readings of which resonant frequency is determined, corresponding to each resilient element parameters, and on the base and on the bulkhead, the vibration acceleration sensors are fixed, the signals from which are sent to the amplifier, then the oscilloscope, the magnetograph and the computer for processing the information received are installed, while the frequency meter and phase meter are used to adjust the work of the stand, at the same time to determine fundamental frequencies of each of analyzed systems of vibration isolation simulation of impact pulse loads is performed on each of systems and waveforms of free oscillations are recorded, the decoding of which determines the natural frequencies of the vibration isolation systems and the logarithmic increment, and the Lp sound power level are determined from the results of measurements of the Lsp average sound pressure level on the measuring surface S, m2, for which the area of the hemisphere is accepted, and corrected sound power level LpA.
EFFECT: technical result is expansion of technological capabilities of testing facilities.
