SUBSTANCE: peeler includes a stand and an outer and an inner cylinder installed therein and coaxially arranged, a driving device, a feeding pipe, and an unloading pipe. The inner surface of the outer cylinder and the outer surface of the inner cylinder are made corrugated. The inner and the outer cylinders are mounted on shock absorbers. The drive device is made in two rows (the upper one and the lower one) in the form of several (at least four) cylinders in each row with movable rods. The rods pass through the central opening and are fixed in elastic toroids filled with a fluid with the pneumatic control of reciprocating motion in the cylinders, creating circular oscillations of the outer cylinder.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to simplify the peeler design.
