FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building. Device contains wedge-shaped racks with fertilizer hoses mounted on their rear parts. Wedge-shaped racks are mounted on the frame, which has a suspension gear in the front part, and in the upper part has fertilizer dispensers, equipped with meters, hermetically connected with the fertilizer hoses. Wedge-shaped racks that serve as the chisel tools are fixed to the frame by articulated axles, while on the frame to the lower part behind the wedge-shaped racks stops are welded, in the groove of which the compression springs are mounted. Before the wedge-shaped racks, the stops for mounting shock absorbers from elastic material are welded to the lower part of the frame. Front part of the wedge-shaped racks has a sharpening, a cutting edge of which is made along a parabolic curve of an equation y=2x3, where y is the vertical coordinate of the equation; x is the horizontal coordinate of the equation. Rear part of the wedge-shaped rack has a fertilizer hose with injectors in the lower part. Wedge-shaped racks are installed on the frame crossmembers, one wedge-shaped rack on the front crossmember, on the second crossmember there are two wedge-shaped racks, on the third crossmember there are four wedge-shaped racks, distance between crossmembers , where a – processing depth; α – the angle of blade installation of the wedge-shaped rack to the horizontal plane (angle of crumbling); γ – the angle of soil friction along the steel; ρ – the angle of soil friction along the soil; l0 – the value determined by the design of the wedge-shaped rack, the width of the traces M = 400…500 mm. Distance between adjacent racks in one row t>0.5(2a+b), where a is the depth of cultivation; b is the working width of the wedge-shaped rack. For adjusting the depth of the cultivation, depth wheels and a meter drive are provided, and the formation of a fertilizer-air mixture is made from a high-pressure fan having a drive from a hydraulic motor. Placement of wedge-shaped racks in the plan – sides along the parabola y=-½x2, where Y and X are the vertical and horizontal coordinates of the parabola.
EFFECT: reduction of draught resistance, breaking up of soil to the depth of response of the root system of plants, destruction of the sole shoe, application of meliorants and fertilizers into the root layer.
