Steel contains, mass %: C: 0.15–0.20; Mn: 22–24; Ni: 4–6; Al: 4–6; N: 0.015–0.020; B: 0.004–0.008; Si: 0.6–0.8; Cr < 0,1; Cu < 0.05; H < 0.0002; S < 0.0020; P < 0.015; Sn, Pb, Bi, As not more than 0.005 of each; Fe – the rest.

EFFECT: steel has a stable austenitic structure in the temperature range from minus 100 to plus 100°C and high strength and ductility.
