FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a heater, a smoke generator, a fan, a distributing mechanism, a recirculation manifold with an input duct and a thermally insulated chamber with a system for supplying and withdrawing the working mixture, including supply manifolds with supply ducts with nozzles. Each supply manifold is equipped with a pipe which has long holes along its length. Supplying duct has a longitudinal slot for communicating it with the cavity of the pipe through its longitudinal holes. Nozzles are placed on the tube alternately: one vertically, the other under 45°. Flow of the working mixture in vertical nozzles is more powerful than that of nozzles under 45°. Inside the chamber there are sensors for temperature, pressure, humidity and concentration of the smoke environment, connected to the control unit, and the executive optimization mechanisms of these parameters are also associated with the control unit. At the entrance of the smoke a water smoke purifier is installed, and at the exit there are needle electrodes for electrostatic treatment of exhaust smoke-air mixture emissions.
EFFECT: invention provides an improvement in product quality and intensification of the smoking process.
