SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agricultural machine building. Grain conveyor includes a grain elevator, a transition chamber and an auger assembly. Grain elevator has an inlet for receiving a grain flow. Transition chamber contains an inlet and outlet in the fluid communication with the inlet of the transition chamber and the inlet of the grain elevator. Output of the transition chamber has an asymmetrical non-circular hole, greater than the non-cylindrical inlet opening of the transition chamber. Auger assembly is operatively connected to the transition chamber and comprises an inlet for receiving the grain flow and an outlet in the fluid communication with the inlet of the transition chamber.

EFFECT: grain conveyor for the combine harvester ensures a reduction in the wear of the composite elements.
