FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition for the production of molded articles from waste from metallurgical industries, a method for its production and a method for manufacturing shaped articles by processing it. Composition comprises a mixture of iron and/or iron-carbonaceous wastes comprising a multi-fractioned mixture of scale and blast furnace dust and a binder from a mixture of cement, premix and water which are mixed, Preliminarily, water is introduced into a dry mix of cement and premix in a ratio of 1:1–1:0.75. Moreover, the premix consists of a mineral powder, hyperplasticizers of a class of polymeric polyelectrolytes belonging to the class of esters of carboxylates 0.02–0.05 % by weight with respect to cement, water-soluble cellulose esters 0.01–0.04 % by weight with respect to cement, as lubricants and cellulose-containing solid plasticizers of binders 0.01–0.04 % by weight with respect to cement. In the manufacture of molded articles, the composition is processed by vacuum extrusion, or by vibrocompression, or roll pressing.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in strength and frost resistance of the resulting molded articles.
