SUBSTANCE: wheel comprises a split airtight rim consisting of a flat rim and a removable bead, connected by means of a pin connection with a disk, a tubeless pneumatic tire with regulated pressure, into the cavity of which a resilient internal support consisting of several segments is inserted. The wheel is additionally equipped with a freewheel clutch consisting of an inner ferrule and an outer ferrule, a fixing device, and rollers. Each ferrule consists of two radial semi-ferrules having an all-metal housing comprising lateral radial walls, an internal cavity, and a base. The inner ferrule has a flat base and is installed on the flat rim between the inner tire edges and is connected thereto with a screw connection, and several symmetric hemispherical slots are made on its peripherical part, in which roller are located, clamped by lamellar springs in their middle part. Its lateral radial walls on the inner cavity side comprise radial grooves. The outer ferrule has a stepped base, by which it is installed in the inner cavity of the inner ferrule and rests on the rollers. The radial walls of each semi-ferrule of the outer ferrule and those of each elastic segment have two through openings each, in which a bushing and a bolt connection are installed, through which they are interconnected.
