SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the testing and control of the control systems. Device for evaluating the status and identifying the parameters of the dynamic system models contains the following units: the first, second, third, fourth, fifth constancy storage units; the first, second, third, fourth, fifth units of addition; the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth, fifteenth, sixteenth units of multiplication; the first, second, third, fourth, fifth exponentiation units (-1); the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh units of subtraction; the first, second, third, fourth blocks of squaring; first, second, third, fourth, fifth division units; the sine calculation unit. Claimed device uses the discrete identification algorithm, which is practically implemented using the electronic computers.
EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention consists in the increased accuracy of state estimates and identifying the parameters of the dynamic system models while minimizing the total energy.
