EFFECT: distance between the region of the reservoir for the flow and the outlet for the liquid droplets is selected such that the first time of transferring the liquid droplets between the region of the flow reservoir and the outlet for liquid droplets is greater than the second time interval of dropping the liquid droplet of a given droplet size along the predetermined fall path or is equal to this second time interval.
