FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to measuring equipment – to the rock massif stress-strain state automated control systems creating technique, and can be used in mining to control the rocks and backfill massif deformation processes. Downhole multichannel strainmeter is configured to move along the measurement well longitudinal axis and comprises sealed cylindrical body with the measuring well outline radial displacements measuring means made in the form of strain gauges, sealed with heat shrinkable tubes fixed on the equal bending resistant elastic beams and uniformly placed along the circumference from the body one end. From the said body other end along the circumference, elastic elements are uniformly arranged to ensure its permanent contact with the measurement well surface, which are made in the form of at least three flexible plates, each of which is provided with a hemispherical support. Strainmeter is equipped with the amplifiers unit, an analog-to-digital conversion unit (ADC unit), a microprocessor unit, linear converters unit and a sensor for the said strainmeter position monitoring in a vertical plane when the latter is turning by the said housing ramming elements. Strain gauges are electrically connected in bridge arrangement to the amplifiers unit analog inputs, which analog outputs are electrically connected to the ADC unit analog inputs, which multi-channel digital output is electrically connected to the microprocessor unit multi-channel digital input, multi-channel digital data output of the latter is electrically connected to the linear converters unit multichannel digital input, and the said strainmeter position in the vertical plane monitor analog output is electrically connected to the linear converters unit analog input. Proposed is a system, which includes in series connected said strainmeter and the electronic unit with a power supply source made on the basis of the ADC unit and the data transmission unit in digital form in real time via the radio channel to the interface subsystem, which is implemented in the form of a PC with common and application software, including the interface module with a radio channel and the digital signals preliminary processing and the experiment mode selection module connected to the experiment control module inputs and information displaying in graphic and symbolic form, which output is connected to the data presentation and file storage module input.
EFFECT: increasing the radial misalignment measuring accuracy of the measuring well relative to the vertical plane and increasing the stress localization zones (critical zones) location determination accuracy.
