FIELD: desintegrators and crushing devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the material grinding equipment. Lining of the trunnion contains the interconnected modular elements that form the corresponding ring sections, which are connected to each other. Each modular element has the edge on the side of the working surface that forms the multi-threaded helical surface with the ribs of the other modular elements. Each annular section is made open, forming the gap, in which the corresponding wedge is located with the possibility of changing the value of the mentioned clearance, and the fins of the modular elements of the adjacent annular sections are in tight contact with each other. On the inner surface of the trunnion, from the side of its butt end with the thrust ring installed on it, the first annular section is formed close to the stop ring by means of sequential stacking of the respective modular elements in order to form the clearance in the annular section. Wedge is installed in the mentioned clearance, successively forming the following annular sections, which are adjacent to the modular elements of the previous annular sections by means of sequential stacking of the corresponding modular elements of the respective annular sections with the clearance formation in the corresponding annular section, into which the corresponding wedge is mounted. Second extreme annular section is formed close to the modular elements of the previous annular section by means of sequential stacking of the respective modular elements in order to form the clearance in the second extreme annular section, in which the wedge is mounted, the fastening ring is fixed to the butt end of the second extreme ring section and the wedges of all the ring sections are tightened.

EFFECT: reduced labor intensity and reduced time required for carrying out the assembly and dismantling works, and the reduced wear intensity of spiral ribs are provided for.
