FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial acoustics and can be used for machine drive noise reduction, lining of manufacturing facilities and in other sound-absorbing structures. Technical result is achieved by the fact that a sound-absorbing structure for industrial buildings contains perforated surfaces, between which a multi-layer sound-absorbing element is places, made in the form of symmetrically arranged perforated walls, between which there is a sound-absorbing element made in the form of three layers: a central layer of sound-reflecting material, complex profile consisting of uniformly distributed hollow tetrahedra that allow the reflect sound waves that fall in all directions and symmetrically adjacent to it sound-absorbing layers of materials of different density, each of the perforated walls has the following perforation parameters: hole diameter – 3÷7 mm, perforation percentage 10÷15 %, and the shape of the apertures can be made in the form of apertures of a circular, triangular, square, rectangular or diamond-shaped profile, wherein in case of non-circular holes, maximum diameter of circle inscribed into polygon shall be considered as nominal diameter, and as a sound-absorbing material, either sheet sound-proof material is used which is made on the basis of a magnesia binder with a reinforcing fiberglass or glass wool or polyester or a porous sound absorbing ceramic material, wherein the central layer of the sound-reflecting material of the complex profile consisting of uniformly distributed hollow tetrahedra that allows to reflect the sound waves that fall in all directions is made with perforation, which acoustically connects it with the sound-absorbing layers symmetrically adjacent to it from sound-absorbing materials of different density, herewith the perforation is made in the form of the Helmholtz resonator cavities, the volume of which is the space enclosed between the surfaces of the sound-absorbing layers and the central layer of the complex profile.
EFFECT: technical result is the increase in the efficiency of acoustic suppression and reliability of the structure in general.
