FIELD: plastic processing.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for producing blow-moulded plastic container (11) and a blow-moulded plastic container structure. Method starts with preparing preform (15) with a specific wall thickness distribution and using blow mould (33), the cavity (35) of which has at least one channel (37) at a location of the plastic vessel that is to be strengthened. Preform is heated in such a way that the portion of the preform that correlates with the at least one channel (37) of cavity (35) is thinned to a lesser extent during the stretching and/or blow-moulding, and an accumulation of plastic material is brought about in channel (37) during the main blow-moulding operation. Plastic container (11) produced by this process has strengthening elements, which are formed as at least one outwardly protruding bead of material (13) and have a wall thickness that is at least 30%, preferably at least 50% and with particular preference at least 70%, greater than the wall thickness of a portion of the wall adjacent to the bead of material.
EFFECT: technical result achieved with the use of the group of inventions is to provide varying degrees of stretching of the walls of the container to obtain different thicknesses during stretching and/or preliminary blowing.
