FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering, in particular to soil-processing devices, namely to motor blocks, and can be used for transporting goods, plowing and cultivating the soil. Device consists of a gearbox whose axis is connected to working axes (2) with actuators (3) mounted on them in the form of mills or wheels by means of corner couplings. Each clutch provides the transmission of the torque of the working axis from the gearbox, as well as the possibility of rotating working axis (2) as it rotates through an angle of 35° up to 90° relative to the conventional axis of symmetry of the motor block, coinciding with the direction of its movement in a plane parallel to the surface of the earth. Clutch consists of a gear assembly providing torque transmission from the gearbox axis to working axis (2) at a predetermined angle, the working axis rotational assembly and the locking unit, which secures the position of working axis (2), which drives actuating assembly (3). When working axis (2) is rotated through an angle of 90° the driving unit is a wheel or a ground clamp, and when it is rotated through an angle of 35° up to 90° – milling cutter. Working axes (2) are located in a plane parallel to the ground surface. Pivoting assembly of each working axis (2) consists of a flange (5) attached to the reducer, which has two opposite sides with openings in which rotation axes (6) of movable clamp (7) are installed, rigidly connected to sleeve (8), in which working axis (2) is mounted on the bearings. At the free end of bracket (7), holes are provided for mounting the fixing pin of working axis (9) in the form of a finger. Locking unit is made in the form of two kerchiefs (10), in which are made coaxial holes, designed to install the clamps of the angle of rotation of working axis (9). Headscarf (10) is attached to flange (11), which is attached to the gearbox housing. Clutch gear assembly is an angular gear consisting of two 8-tooth gears, which ensure reliable engagement with each other at any angle of axes (2). Teeth (12) are made in the form of conical bases, on which cylindrical fingers are installed, the axis direction of which coincides with the direction of the axis of the cage.
