SUBSTANCE: method to increase oil production including injecting aqueous gel dispersion into formation through a well, and obtained by mixing powdered composition containing an ionizing radiation-treated polyacrylamide-PAA and inorganic salt of multivalent metal with water, mixing is carried out immediately before injection into the formation in flow buffer volume corresponding to the well volume treated with ionizing radiation dose of 1-15 kGy, as said salt-sulfate or chloride of aluminium or chromium at the following ratio is used, wt %: said aluminium or chromium salt is 1-10, said PAA-is the rest, with content, wt %: said composition 0.5-3.0, formation water is the rest, and contact time of said compositions and water in buffer volume defined by condition , where t is the contact time of composition and water in buffer volume, h; T is equilibrium time of gel dispersion swelling in buffer volume; Q is the injection rate, m3/h; V - buffer volume, m3.
