FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for transporting of shortlived commodities, in particular to mobile refrigerators. Cold storage car (1) contains an insulated van (2) located on movable landing gear (3), refrigerating unit (4) located under the bottom of van (2), air cooler (5) and eutectic cold accumulator (6), connected by pipelines in parallel with the refrigerating unit (4) through switching unit (7) as two solenoid valves (8), one of which is installed on outlet pipeline (9) of the refrigeration unit (4), and the second one is located on the inlet pipeline (10) of the refrigeration unit (4), mode switch (11) electrically connected to the solenoid valves (8), microprocessor (12) electrically connected to the refrigeration unit (4) and the air cooler (5), and a connector (13) for connecting an external power source. Air cooler (5) is made in form of a barrier-type discharger (15) disposed in a body (14) having an inlet and an outlet, electrodes (16) of which, except lower and upper, are connected to the terminals of power supply (17) of high voltage. Electrodes (16) of the discharger (15) are plate-shaped and hollow and are staggered together by means of dielectric nozzles (18). Cavity of the lower electrode (16) is hydraulically connected to the inlet pipeline (9) of the refrigeration unit (4), and the cavity of the upper electrode (16) is connected to the outlet pipeline (10) of the refrigerating unit (4). As the high voltage power supply (17), boost transformer is used, on the one hand, electrically connected to the electrodes (16) of barrier-type discharger (15), on the other hand, electrically connected to two output terminals of switching device (19) having a control pin electrically connected to the microprocessor (12), and two input terminals electrically connected to the vehicle's electric power storage by means of an inverter.

EFFECT: increase in the shelf-life of perishable products in a refrigerated state during transport is achieved.
